Description

This release of 2100 bottles has been crafted exclusively for members of Bimber Klub.

 Vino de Naranja or ‘orange wine’ is produced in Andalucía, Spain by macerating white wine with orange peels. The additional maturation within these casks has augmented the character of this single malt further with notes of coffee, toffee, plump sultanas and zesty orange.

 The release is composed of spirit initially matured in 1st fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels which was then expertly married and finished in Vino de Naranja casks.

    Bimber is a Whisky distillery in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
