The Second of three releases in GlenAllachie's Billy Walker 50th Anniversary Series, marking its Master distiller's 50 years in the whisky business.
Matured in sherry casks, before finishing in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks, its a master class of Billy Walker's brilliance when it comes to cask management. A release of 2,600 bottles.

About the Distillery:
The GlenAllachie distillery was built in 1967 by Mackinlay McPherson. It was bought and mothballed by Invergordon Distillers in 1985. They sold it to Campbell Distillers in 1989, who restarted the distillery.
